At UNISTITCH, we are committed to delivering high-quality apparel and ensuring customer satisfaction. Each product undergoes thorough quality checks before shipping. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product received is damaged or defective.
IMPORTANT CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE (SIZE ISSUES)
- An unpacking video is mandatory to initiate an exchange for an item.
- If you receive a damaged item, kindly contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We do not accept exchanges for items damaged due to customer mishandling.
- Customers must pay an additional Rs. 200 for the exchange process.
- Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Exchange Process for Damaged Goods:
- Initiate Exchange: Contact our support team at unistitch.co.in@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and the unpacking video clearly showing the damage.
- Review: Our team will assess your request and respond within 2 business days.
- Replacement: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a replacement.
